We don’t take a deposit, we collect full payment on delivery and our wet weather policy is No Castle no payment We have £5 million public liability insurance but never forget your responsibility as a customer, supervision is down to you when we have delivered.

We are members of BIHA (British inflatables hirers alliance).

These are some of the safety instructions we issue you with:

Any persons/organisation hiring our inflatables are responsible/liable for damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for all persons using the inflatable and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to see they are adhered to. Cub Leisure cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused.

1) Castles and other equipment have an age limit, this is stated on the contract. Please ensure that these are adhered to when using the equipment.
2) No food or drink to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking & mess).
3) All shoes, badges and jewellery (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
4) No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on inflatables, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.
5) No smoking on or near the inflatable.
6) Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7) A responsible adult most supervise the INFLATABLE at all times.
8) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on age and size of the children/adults using it. If the children/adults are colliding in to each other then it is overcrowded.
9) Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.
10) No pets allowed on the inflatables.
11) If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill.
12) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users on and off.
13) Ensure that no one with a history of back, neck or general health problems is allowed on the inflatable.
14) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
15) Water fights are fun but do not allow near the blower or other electrical equipment.
16) In the event of heavy rain or high winds we strongly recommend that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table over the blower, will help prevent the rainwater being sucked into the blower and then into the inflatable.
17) In the event that the blower overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains and then switch it back on again 2 or 3 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not or there is a power cut inform Cub Leisure IMMEDIATELY.
18) Ensure that the vent at the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
19) If you are unsure about anything , please contact Cub Leisure.
