1) How do I book? There are several ways to book, you can phone us on our Cambridge or Peterborough numbers, send us an e-mail or use our contact page. You can also now use our online booking system. 2) How much notice do I need to give for a booking? You can make bookings at anytime, but some periods get really busy so booking early is advised to make sure you get the equipment you require, its always advisable to call even the day before cause we might have availability. 3) How much will it cost? Please see our Delivery areas and prices page, we deliver in postcode areas so the price you see is what you will pay we do not add a delivery charge like some companies. 4) What if I want to hire more than one Bouncy Castle/Inflatable? Please contact us at our Cambridge or Peterborough offices, we can offer you generous discount when you hire more than one castle for your corperate or private event. 5) What does the price include? Price includes delivery , set up and collection and all the equipment you have booked. 6) How long do I get the equipment for? Cub Leisure is different to most companies our price includes overnight hire (except if its felt it is unsafe to leave equipment). We don’t want to pick your castle up when the kids are still having fun! 7) When do we hire castles? We hire castles and equipment from March 1st till October 31st we will do the odd castle out of these times please contact us to see if we can help you. 8) Do I need to pay a Deposit? No we do not take deposits, payment is prior to set up. 9) What happens if weather is bad or I have to cancel? Cub Leisure has a fantastic cancelation policy if we do not set the equipment up you will not pay anything, this gives you piece of mind when booking. If you do have to cancel we do appreciate as much notice as possible. 10) How long will it take to set up/deflate the equipment? It takes about 15mins to put castle up and 20 minutes to pack up, these times do vary depending on weather conditions and access. 11) What do I need to provide? All you need to provide is a 240v mains power supply and easy as possible access to the site. 12) How do I pay? We accept Cash or Cheque on delivery, Sorry we do not accept credit card payments at the moment, we can accept BACS payment from companies. 13) Will I have a contract? Yes, all Cub leisure work is provided under contract, so you will not have to worry about "if we will turn up" unlike some companies who you have one phone call with then cant get hold of them on the days before your important party. 14) Do you supply Safety instructions? Yes, we provide detailed safety instructions with your contract giving you plenty of time to read them before your event, we can also provide risk assessments on request. 15) Is there an age limit for children using the castles and equipment? Yes these can be found on our pages and on our online booking form. They will also be on your contract, these should always be adhered to for the safety of all who are using the equipment. 16) Do you have insurance? Yes, we have 5 million public liability insurance. |
